AI-assisted planning and analytics for aerospace manufacturing. It brings scattered Excel workbooks into one dashboard and lets planners ask questions in plain language.
Digital quality inspection for semi-knocked-down (SKD) vehicle bodies. It replaces paper checklists with a five-stage inspection flow that works on phones on the factory floor.
We also build interactive simulators that make complex instruments understandable, with no install and no licence server.

Kilau started in 2024 in Malaysia with a simple observation: the people who plan production and inspect parts were running critical work on spreadsheets, paper checklists and memory. We build focused web tools for those teams, then keep improving them alongside the people who use them every day.
Our work so far spans aerospace production planning with AeroFlow, automotive body inspection with SKD Body QC, and engineering training with SEM Signal Lab. Each one started from a real workflow and real users, not a template. That is why we pair verified data and simple, phone-friendly screens with AI only where it saves people time.
